WELTRUZA arrives refrigerated. Store WELTRUZA at room temperature to help keep it ready for use.
Store it at room temperature, 68 °F to 77 °F (20 °C to 25 °C), for at least 12 hours before use. This helps keep it ready for reconstitution.*
Unopened WELTRUZA can be stored at room temperature for a single period of up to 90 days.
If you need to use it soon after it arrives or after refrigerated storage, let it sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. Then use the supplied warming pack for at least 15 minutes.
*After reconstitution, use WELTRUZA as soon as possible or refrigerate for up to 24 hours. After that, dispose of it in sharps container.
If you haven’t used WELTRUZA after 90 days at room temperature, dispose of it and talk to your Teva representative about product replacement.
When WELTRUZA is ready to use, administer the appropriate dose as a subcutaneous injection in the abdomen. WELTRUZA must be administered by a healthcare professional.
